BrainMeter Disclaimer

Understand what BrainMeter tools can measure, the factors that affect results, and why scores must not be treated as professional diagnosis or advice.

Purpose of the tools

BrainMeter tools are provided for educational and recreational practice. They create defined browser tasks, record responses, and explain the calculation used for that task. They are not standardized examinations unless a page explicitly and accurately says otherwise.

Factors that affect results

Results can change with device hardware, display refresh, audio output, browser workload, keyboard or pointer polling, screen size, zoom, ambient light, network behavior, accessibility settings, language, fatigue, familiarity, attention, strategy, and user input. A score from one environment may not be directly comparable with a score from another.

No diagnosis or professional assessment

BrainMeter does not provide medical, psychological, neurological, vision, hearing, intelligence, educational-placement, occupational, or safety diagnosis. A reading, memory, reaction, color, listening, mouse, shortcut, or focus score cannot establish a condition, ability level, or fitness decision.

The platform does not replace advice, testing, or treatment from a qualified healthcare, education, accessibility, legal, employment, or other professional. Seek appropriate help for concerns that affect daily life or safety.

No guarantee of improvement

Repeated practice can increase familiarity with an exercise and may support better strategy within that task. BrainMeter does not guarantee a higher score, lasting improvement, or transfer to unrelated activities. Use trends as personal task feedback under comparable conditions, not as promises about broader performance.
