Acceptance and acceptable use

By using BrainMeter, you agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other visitors. Do not attempt to disrupt availability, bypass security, probe private systems, automate abusive traffic, misrepresent results, or use the tools for a prohibited or deceptive purpose.

You may use the public exercises for personal educational and recreational practice. You are responsible for deciding whether a task is appropriate for your circumstances, device, environment, and accessibility needs.

Intellectual property

BrainMeter's original interface, branding, explanatory content, exercise presentation, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Product names mentioned in shortcut exercises may belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Use of a tool does not transfer ownership of the site or its content.

Service availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be corrected, updated, limited, interrupted, or removed. Browser changes, hosting events, device restrictions, and third-party service behavior can affect availability. BrainMeter does not promise uninterrupted access or permanent storage of local results.

User responsibilities and saved data

You are responsible for your device, browser settings, exported files, and any decisions made from a result. Keep backups of progress you wish to retain. Do not upload an unknown or untrusted progress file. Do not use BrainMeter scores as medical evidence, professional certification, employment screening, school placement, or safety clearance.

No guaranteed results

Practice may improve familiarity with a specific task, but BrainMeter does not guarantee improvement, transfer to unrelated work, or a particular score. Results vary with hardware, software, environment, language, strategy, attention, fatigue, and previous exposure.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BrainMeter and its owner are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and owner configuration

The governing-law jurisdiction has not yet been configured by the site owner and is intentionally not invented here. Before commercial launch or legal enforcement, the owner should obtain appropriate advice and replace this statement with the correct jurisdiction and dispute terms.
